- 250 g płatków owsianych bg
- 80 g oleju
- 40 g ksylitolu
- 4 łyżki mleka roślinnego
- 1 jajko
- 1 łyżeczka wanilii
- 1 łyżeczka pdp
- możecie dołożyć ulubione orzechy, rodzynki lub czekoladę
Płatki zmieliłam niezbyt dokładnie, wymieszałam z proszkiem do pieczenia i wanilią. W drugiej misce wymieszałam jajko, mleko, olej i ksylitol, dodałam do suchych składników. Wymieszałam dokładnie, ulepiłam kulki wielkości orzecha włoskiego, układałam na papierze do pieczenia. Rozpłaszczyłam dnem od kubka na ok 1cm. piekłam ok 18-20 min w 170st.
