- 65 g mąki owsianej
- 65 g mąki ryżowej
- 50 g mąki ziemniaczanej
- 30 g mąki kukurydzianej
- 20 g ksylitolu
- 1/2 łyżeczki sody
- po szczypcie mielonego cynamonu i kardamonu
- 100 g pieczonej dyni
- 40 g syropu klonowego
- 40 g oleju
Suche składniki wymieszałam w misce, dodałam syrop, olej i dynię (nie używałam pure, starłam na tarce o drobnych oczkach upieczony kawałek dyni hokkaido, moja była dość sucha). Zagniotłam ciasto i rozwałkowałam cienko pomiędzy dwoma arkuszami papieru do pieczenia. Wykrojone ciasteczka przenosiłam na blachę do pieczenia wyłożoną papierem po czym piekłam 12-15 min w 180st.
Jeśli ciasto za mało się lepi dodajcie jeszcze trochę dyni, jeśli jest za mokre o podsypcie mąką. Nasze ciasteczka są średnio słodkie, więc jeśli lubicie bardziej słodkie dodajcie więcej ksylitolu. Im cieniej rozwałkujecie ciasto tym ciasteczka bedą bardziej chrupiące. Kontrolujcie czas pieczenia bo z cienkimi różnie bywa;)
