W lodówce znalazłam podsychający kawałek kalafiora, resztkę kaszy ze śniadania i ugotowaną ciecierzycę. Sięgnęłam więc po moją magiczną moc robienie czegoś z niczego i mieliśmy nugetsy na obiad i kolację:)
- ok. 250 g kalafiora
- ok. 200 g ugotowanej ciecierzycy
- ok. 100 g ugotowanej kaszy jaglanej / ryżu
- 50 g ziaren słonecznika
- 50 g pieczonej dyni
- 30 g mąki owsianej
- 1/3 szkl. oleju
- mała cebula, ząbek czosnku
- sól i pieprz do smaku
- łyżeczka gotowej mieszanki przypraw do kurczaka
- płatki kukurydziane do panierowania
Kalafiora starłam na tarce o małych oczkach, posoliłam. Ciecierzycę, dynię i kaszę rozgniotłam widelcem (możecie użyć blendera), słonecznik zmieliłam w młynku do kawy, dodałam do masy. Cebulę i czosnek posiekałam drobno, wsypałam mąkę, przyprawy i dodałam olej. Dokładnie wyrobiłam masę i odstawiłam na bok. W tym czasie rozdrobniłam płatki kukurydziane do panierowania (możecie pominąć panierkę). Rozgrzałam piekarnik do 200st. Wilgotnymi dłońmi formowałam z masy małe kotleciki i obtaczałam je w płatkach. Piekłam 25 min z jednej strony i po obróceniu jeszcze 15 min.
